For your proposed modifications, 1 and 2 are part of making unique levels. Your unique levels will be what is counted towards your significant modifications so be sure that each level has effort put into them to make them play out uniquely from each other, they should not be overly simplistic changes.
If you are making a fake landing, be sure to do something to make it visually distinct from the rest of your environment objects that can be stood on. That way the player can look for whatever minor visual change indicates a platform is fake and it is not frustrating.
